OGC Testbed 10

OGC Testbed 10

The OGC testbeds are part of OGC’s Interoperability Program, a global, hands-on and collaborative prototyping program designed to rapidly develop, test and deliver proven candidate specifications into OGC’s Specification Program, where they are formalized for public release. The content of OWS 10 initiatives are organized around threads which include Cross-Community Interoperability (CCI), Open Mobility and Aviation.

m-click.aero participated in the Aviation thread with two deliverables. As a WFS provider, m-click.aero established an OGC Web Feature Service 2.0 for AIXM data exchange and developed an instance of a WFS-Transactional for FIXM data, that is based on the FIXM GML application schema, developed within OWS-10. The second deliverable was the AIXM Validator – a WPS service, that checks for schema and business rule validity of AIXM data sets. Partners in this OWS-10 testbed include 52 North and Snowflake Software, as well as companies from the Aviation domain such as Luciad, Frequentis and Comsoft.

The results of OWS-10 testbed have been presented in a webinar on 27/05/2014. In order to replay the webinar go to this YouTube link: OWS-10 Webinar.
